Dear customers,
Medicalog is a customs broker for companies representing them in front of Customs establishments in Bulgaria. The service is available, only and solely, if the import or export company agrees to provide us with notarized power of attorney for that.
The power of attorney could be for a single delivery or for the entire calendar year.
Priority, when imposing customs duty on imported or exported shipments, have the companies, which perform deliveries by airfreight transportation via Medicalog. Customs brokerage is a secondary and not our main activity.
In case our customers decide to use our customs brokerage service, we require the following documents:
Required documents
- Power of attorney – notarized original;
- Certificate by the Registry Agency – copy;
- Other documents – certificates, licenses, permits, standpoints, depending on the imported or exported goods.
