3. Declaration of origin – original – 3 copies
(Manufacturer’s declaration, purchase invoices or customs import declaration)
Regime – re-export
1. Proforma invoice – original – 6 copies
2. Commercial invoice – original – 6 copies
3. Packing list – original – 6 copies
4. Preceding customs document – customs import declaration
Regime – regular import
1. Commercial invoice – original
2. Packing list – original
3. Swift for performed transfer to supplier – copy
4. Payment order draft for customs duty and VAT – copy
5. Certificates, permits – if necessary and depending on the type of the shipment.
6. Cession issued by handling agent – originals
7. Airway Bill(s) – originals
8. Document – transport expenses invoice – copy
Regime – temporary import, passive and active improvement
1. Proforma invoice – original
2. Packing list – original
3. Payment order of deposit – copy
4. Certificates, permits – if necessary and depending on the type of the shipment.
5. Cession issued by handling agent – originals
6. Airway Bill(s) – originals
7. Document – transport expenses invoice – copy
